As a business administrator, Eric Beaupré has a solid background in customer service and relations, with nearly 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations management and human resources. He is sharply focused on organizational development and growth, which allows him to improve productivity and quality by quickly responding to market trends. A highly qualified leader for a fast-growing company like Technosub Group, Eric Beaupré embodies authenticity and the company’s vision.
Vice President, Finance
Marcia Giroux is an outstanding leader and a major contributor to the establishment and implementation of the company’s strategy. Throughout her career, she has distinguished herself by rapidly moving up the ranks to key positions within the organizations in which she has worked. Her expertise in corporate finance and valuation, financial analysis and risk management enable her to effectively manage the various responsibilities of a VP Finance and to be at the heart of the company’s acquisition transactions and their integration.
With over 30 years of sales and management experience, Ken Bouchard has an extensive background in customer service and relations. Since joining the Group in 2016, he has distinguished himself through his proactiveness, critical thinking and strong sense of organization. A visionary with excellent leadership qualities, he quickly gained a place in the organization thanks to his communication skills and professional rigor that allow him to exceed his performance goals year after year.
Vice President, Operations
With 20 years' experience in mining engineering and operations management, Christian Juteau is an undisputed reference in the mining industry. As a strategic planning expert, he focuses on optimizing operations and developing high-performance teams. As manager of manufacturing and distribution operations, he ensures process optimization and compliance with health and safety standards. Christian's leadership qualities have enabled him to progress rapidly from an engineering to a management position. His ability to successfully complete large-scale projects confirms his professional excellence.
